The Business 360 Framework takes the components of business and separates them into 7 buckets so that they are organized and structured.

None of the buckets overlap. Management consultants call this MECE (Mutually Exclusive, Collectively Exhaustive).

In fact, I created this framework when I graduated from my MBA program and was interviewing at consulting companies such as McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, Alix Partners, E&Y and others.

The benefit of organizing business components into their own buckets allows us to connect-the-dots on multiple facets, which allows us to Think and Talk Business with ease.
